The item is great quality and well made. Although the shipping took very long (almost 3 weeks delayed than estimate time, stuck at US custom) and the seller was not very helpful at the beginning (pushed all tracking responsibilities and checking with shipping carrier from the shipper side to the customer - we don’t speak Turkish and can’t really access Turkish tracking website). Suggest the seller be more proactive in helping out customers in stressful and confusing situation like this - even though sometimes things are out of both parties control (US custom) but having some additional info and help from the seller is always comforting.
