The sellers customized this chair (and others like it) for me. Given they started from scratch the order to my door timeframe was more than reasonable. The gold material they used for the backing and seat wasn't quite as vibrant as I hoped, and the seat itself isn't as comfortable as the back of chair. In addition, the chair was difficult to free from the packing without cutting or nicking the chair's finish, but it's a quality product, and the seller's deed matched their word from start to finish. I've ordered three other chairs like this, and I'm excited for them to arrive! I frequently order from Etsy, and I've never had a problem with any item I have ordered from Turkey. Very professional.
