I needed 8 chairs for my dining room table. I bought one chair to check the quality before ordering the rest. First of all, the chair did not arrive on time. When it did arrive, I could not attach the chair potion to the legs very well. I had to figure out how to do it and actually ended up using different screws than those that were supplied. The tips of the chair are also rather flimsy for such a nice chair. When I asked Ali if he could address these issues on the other chairs that I planned on buying he refused. The chair over all is attractive and nicely upholstered, but with the bad screws and flimsy tip, I decided not to buy the other seven chairs. This is most unfortunate, because I now have a chair that I cannot use…at least not as a set.
