The chair is great. The customer service was not great. I asked for an update on the item and didn’t receive a response so a week later I created a case with Etsy to which they immediately responded but every communication from then on the seller was overly defensive and condescending. Original estimated delivery dates on the order were July 5-19 and it wasn’t even shipped until July 13th and it arrived on Aug 1st.

Thank you. Communication was excellent and once it shipped it arrived quickly to the states. The chair looks and feels great too.
